Never Fight With Your Body! Love It!

In contrast to our purpose, we do so much damage to our body and, indeed, our soul, without realizing it, for the sake of achieving the perfect body idealized by the society in which we live.  How realistic is it to aim to achieve a uniform body when we consider the extraordinary biology of human beings, while it is impossible to find exactly the same in shape, color and size among all the cats and dogs we love on the street?  Or how right is it to push our own limits to death to achieve this goal?  Indeed, "I'd die to lose those last five kilos!"  The roads that are taken can sometimes result in death.
